Job Description

As a Senior Agency Relationship Manager/Director, you're able to jump in and make an immediate impact. You will be tasked with managing all revenue generated through our advertising agency partnerships including forming new partnerships, managing and farming existing relationships and developing strategic plans for growing those partnerships. You will be working closely with the VP of Business Development to grow revenue from existing strategic partners while pushing forward with new partnerships in verticals that will contribute to TextRecruit’s revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ sales, business development/partnerships experience preferably at a fast-growing technology/software company or at an advertising agency
  • Experience going-to-market with new partnerships to ensure that deals are executed and opportunities are maximized
  • Account management experience and using metrics to measure the performance of each deal
  • Experience leveraging data to create business cases that have persuaded internal and external stakeholders to act on significant deal
  • Experience initiating, negotiating and closing strategic partnershipsExperience in blueprinting, cold-calling, training, and providing support to partner reps
  • Bachelors Degree required
