Job Description

In this role, you will...
  • Plan, organize and manage our participation in trade shows, partner events, and thought leadership events to drive lead generation and brand awareness

  • Create and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners such as webinars, guest blogging, ebook promotion, social media promotion, etc.

  • Identify new events and co-marketing opportunities for TextRecruit to increase brand awareness

  • Assist in the drafting of press releases, and building relationships with journalists, influencers and analysts to give our platform more exposure

  • Draft award nominations, complete applications to speak at events and seek out other ways to increase our voice

  • Have an interest in learning more about the evolution, trends, and growth of recruiting and HR technology

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing and marketing team to plan campaigns and coordinate with our marketing calendar.

Qualifications

A great candidate for this role will have…

  • Bachelor’s Degree or have related experience

  • One year experience planning, organizing and managing tradeshow events

  • Impeccable written and verbal communication skills

  • Analytical mindset that can dig into data after events and report on ROI

  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized and a picky editor

  • Self-motivated, with a “get it done” attitude and affinity for working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced with Google Docs and carry general internet-savvy
