Job Description

Every TextRecruit team member plays a key role in helping us find and recruit amazing people, and our recruiting team leads the charge by coordinating these efforts. We’re looking for a world class Recruiter to join our recruiting team. You will help build the pipeline of future TextRecruiters, own hiring targets, and much more. If you’re a team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities, this is the role for you!

  • Source, recruit, and hire TextRecruiters for a wide range of roles across our sales, marketing, business development, and engineering teams

  • Develop collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the organization s to understand their hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to hit goals

  • Design and execute individualized full-cycle staffing plans for assigned hiring teams

  • Drive process efficiencies to scale hiring

  • Create and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find and engage passive talent

  • Consistently generate a healthy pipeline of high-quality candidates by driving initiatives like branding, events, sourcing, and referrals

  • Identify, prescreen, and evaluate both passive and active candidates at all levels

  • Bring candidates through the process and provide them with a positive experience


  • 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally for Sales, Marketing, Business Strategy, and Engineering (in-house tech recruiting experience preferred )

  • Experience sourcing and closing profiles ranging from Junior to VP level positions

  • Demonstrated creativity and resourcefulness in solving problems throughout the recruiting process - from building pipeline to closing

  • Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, as well as connect that candidate with the right opportunity at TextRecruit

  • Technology business recruiting experience, preferably for Saas and/or applications software companies

  • Exceptional organizational, teamwork, and multi-tasking skills

  • Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment

  • Ability to work onsite at our San Jose, CA based office

  • Bachelor's Degree required
