Job Description

TextRecruit is seeking a highly motivated Financial Analyst to join our growing company, reporting directly to the CEO. The individual in this fast-paced role will have high visibility in the overall TextRecruit organization and will support a wide range of financial and business initiatives, including budgeting & planning, finance ops & analytics, and accounts receivable/payable. Key responsibilities include:

  • Build financial models to forecast company P&L, cash flow, and other business metrics

  • Own the sales commissions process, including data management, calculation, and payments

  • Prepare financial reporting on bookings, pipeline, and cash management on weekly / monthly basis

  • Conduct research and Ad Hoc analysis to understand business drivers and trends

  • Assist in preparing financial and business package to senior management, Board and investors

  • Advise on product pricing and create impact studies

  • Manage accounts receivable and daily activities associated with it

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, 

  • MBA or CPA preferred

  • 1-2+ years of relevant, progressive finance experience

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and other BI tools

  • Highly analytical and detail oriented

  • Ability to be creative and deal with ambiguity
