As a part of our Marketing Team, you will be responsible for growing and executing our content strategy to engage target audiences and generate leads. In this role, you will...


  • Write, create and help design compelling, irresistible content (blog posts, ebooks, tutorials, texting guides, and more)

  • Own our social media accounts - LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter - to engage influencers and craft thoughtful tweets that get lots of RT’s

  • Have basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research best practices

  • Work inside our marketing automation platform (Hubspot) to distribute content through email blasts and report on performance

  • Have an interest in learning more about the evolution, trends, and growth of recruiting and HR tech

  • Work closely with the Director of Marketing to plan content and manage our marketing calendar.

  • Be open to an expanded marketing role like: helping to manage our Wordpress site, creating insightful Salesforce reports, competitor research, working through Excel spreadsheets and much more

Qualifications

A great candidate for this role will be…


  • Owner of a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, journalism, communications, public relations, writing or have related experience

  • One-year experience in marketing and familiar with core marketing concepts

  • Creative and skilled writer who can make complex ideas accessible to a wide audience

  • Strong attention to detail, well-organized and a picky editor

  • Self-motivated, with a “get it done” attitude and affinity for working in a fast-paced environment

  • Experienced with Google Docs, comfortable using emojis and gifs, and carry general internet-savvy
