TextRecruit is the first intelligent messaging software to give HR leaders the power to manage their recruiter's text/mobile communication in one central location, just like email. TextRecruit is a web-based, mobile recruiting software that supports recruiting teams of one to a thousand. It can easily integrate with existing Applicant Tracking Systems or can be used independently by recruiters. 

The technology is simple. You can attract candidates through an Apply-by-Text shortcode or just connect your application tracking system with TextRecruit. We then assign all your recruiters to their TextRecruit account that will be used to communicate with candidates via their computer or the mobile app. Recruiters then send and track all text messages through the system while TextRecruit stores and helps you report on all the communication in a central location. The technology tracks the candidates when they click on the job posting in the text, and reports on response rates and the click throughs.

TextRecruit is a free trial lead conversion process with our business currently generating a profit through self conversions from our highly optimize free trial process. Currently we are generating hundreds of new leads per month through the free trial with some of the biggest companies and staffing organizations in the world using the platform. We've experienced explosive growth over the past year since launching and are looking for a dynamic Sales Leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment to come in and own the TextRecruit sales process and optimize our deal sizes.

In this base + commission + equity role, you will be the first individual contributor managing all inbound leads and helping to build the TextRecruit sales process. Once we are able to hit constant revenue targets, we will want you to  build & lead a team of inside sales professionals driving toward monthly, quarterly and yearly revenue goals by developing a strong, replicable sales process and methodology t help our customers identify the challenges of recruiting communication and optimizing their text communication strategy at all parts of the recruiting funnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound lead flow
  • Prospect through relentlessly through existing customers and partners to build pipeline and build strong personal relationships with prospects
  • Create reliable forecasts and be completely transparent with management on the pipeline status
  • Close new business consistently at or above quota level
  • Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and document and distribute competitive information
  • Invest in colleagues and give coaching and advice when you see an opportunity for improvement
  • Work to develop and circulate the set of best practices that will be the foundation of this team
  • Listen to the needs of the market and share insights with product and marketing teams
  • Be proactive about solving problems even if it’s outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge

Qualifications

  • 5+ Years Closing Experience
  • Experience with recruiting, recruitment media and HR software
  • Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform
  • Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions
  • Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
  • Have a repeatable sales process and methodology 
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others
  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors
