• Hourly Pay Range: $26 – $40 per hour (based on experience)

Overview

We are seeking a reliable Overnight Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time, permanent position in a post-acute and long-term care setting in Tyler, Texas. This role provides a consistent night schedule and long-term stability.

Responsibilities

• Provide licensed nursing care during overnight hours.

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.

• Monitor residents and report changes in condition.

• Respond to overnight clinical needs and emergencies.

• Document care accurately and timely.

• Support and supervise CNAs as assigned.

• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinical standards.

Required

• Active, unencumbered Texas LVN license.

• Ability to work consistent overnight shifts.

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Preferred

• Skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience.

• Experience working independently on overnight shifts.
