Job Description

  • Customer account order management duties including reviewing customer PO, generating sales orders in ERP system, creating invoices, uploading ASN shipment information.
  • Coordinate and communicate with oversea suppliers and shipping parties including forwarders to ensure accurate and on-time shipment.
  • Teamwork effectively with the internal resources to ensure all areas of the sales process are planned and executed effectively.
  • Manage assigned customer account base to ensure productive and efficient growth.
  • Other account manager and sales operation related duties

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Teamwork player that can work effectively cross internal functions and external parties.
  • Excellent logical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Attention to details.
  • Chinese bilingual

Additional Information

This is a full time position with medical/dental/vision insurance benefit, 401K benefit with company match, PTO and holiday. 

Salary $60,000-$80,000 annually.
