About the Role

We’re excited to welcome two enthusiastic Process Workers to our team at our Blacktown manufacturing site. These hands-on roles are within our Coil Shop area. The positions are permanent full-time, with hours from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 2.30pm, and Fridays from 6am to 12pm.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Supervisor, you will:

• Fit and braze metal components
• Measure, mark dimensions, and lay out materials
• Check and pressure test coil circuits
• Locate and repair faults
• Maintain accurate records
• Follow job sheets and engineering drawings
• Identify coil circuiting and critical dimensions
• Demonstrate and follow safe work practices
• Assist with other assembly functions on the line as needed

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• Experience fitting and brazing metal components, understanding coil circuit diagrams, and having a background in fabrication (cutting and forming sheet materials).
• Previous manufacturing experience with a strong focus on safe work practices.
• Familiarity with power tools, brazing experience, and mechanical knowledge.
• Experience in the HVAC industry is highly desirable.
