In this role, you'll provide leadership and task allocation for our warehouse team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities:

• Oversee daily operations: Manage the pick, pack, supply, and dispatch activities in the finished goods warehouse.
• Supervision duties: Lead, train, and manage the team to ensure delivery expectations of both internal and external customers are met or exceeded.
• Coordination with transport allocators: Ensure timely dispatch of deliveries by liaising with transport allocators.

What you will bring to the role

• Warehouse Supervision Experience
• Extensive experience working in warehouse operations
• Background in material handling, purchasing and stock control
• Current Forklift Driver’s License
• Ability to lead, motivate, develop and manage teams
• Ability to implement change
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Exceptional planning and organising skills
• Current driver’s license
• Current Senior First Aid Certificate
