Job Description
Join Our Team as a Warehouse Operator!
Are you energetic, motivated, and experienced in warehouse operations? We want you to join our team at the Tingalpa site! As a Warehouse Operator, you’ll report to the Warehouse Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials, goods, and products to meet business operations and customer demand.
Position Details:
- Type: Fulltime, permanent
- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly process distribution orders/requests, including pick packing, shipping, and stock management
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in compliance with WHS standards
- Unload containers and liaise with customers
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, stack, and arrange merchandise
- Perform manual handling tasks
- Participate in cycle counts and stock takes as needed

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- Valid Forklift Licence
- 2+ years’ experience in Counterbalance and High Reach
- Strong safety mindset and understanding of health and safety requirements
- Teamwork and communication skills
- Accuracy, methodical work approach, and good numeracy
- IT skills and ability to complete paperwork and count stock items
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Dangerous Goods Handling
- Flexibility in duties and awareness of customer deliverables and quality impact
