To support and configure IT applications and databases and provide internal support to all personnel on the use of relevant business applications, including:

Application Support and Configuration, including:

• E-Commerce Solutions
• ERP peripheral applications
• Software integration platform
• Other general software applications as required

Database Management, including:

• Database administration and maintenance
• Data warehouse administration
• Data set preparation and data query development

• Five years’ experience in IT application and database support
• Experience using standard toolsets to develop data sets
• Significant experience in varied IT environments with different applications and tools
• Demonstrates business acumen and overall knowledge of general business practices as they relate to separate departments
• Ability to work autonomously with demonstrated ability to self-manage and prioritise workload
• Ability to interpret workflow and database design from given schema
• Databases or basic table structure / SQL DBA knowledge
• Reporting experience / SSRS
• Understanding of manufacturing processes
• Functional business processes and ability to create functional specifications, design documents, training materials, and end user test scripts, etc.
