Join our team as an Electrical Assembler and contribute to the wiring of air conditioning units and their components under the guidance of the Production Foreman. Your role is vital in maintaining production schedules, ensuring correct quantities, and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities: Perform various tasks including cutting and installing insulation on panels, bending and adjusting condenser coils, assembling panels into chassis subframes, fitting componentry onto bases according to drawings, fitting tubing, HP & LP switches, and sensor pockets. Maintain flexibility by working in all production areas as directed and assist in other assembly functions such as coil preparation.

Electrical Assembly: Undertake electrical assembly duties including assembling and constructing electrical control boxes, fitting electrical control boxes, connecting motors, sensors, and supply cables as required. Ensure insulation of all fitted connections and cables is checked.

Quality: Inspect and certify partial and completed units against quality standards. Report any quality issues to the supervisor and sign off completed units in accordance with the Quality Manual.

Skill and Experience 

• Experience in Electrical Assembly is desired but not essential
• Basic understanding of Air conditioning process is essential
