Join Temperzone as a Payroll Administrator and play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll for our dedicated team. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for managing payroll records, processing wages and salary pay runs and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Reporting directly to the Payroll Manager, you will perform the payroll tasks for both waged and salaried employees, for both our local and Trans-Tasman sites.

As our ideal candidate, you will have previous experience in payroll administration, bringing a keen eye for detail, a strong aptitude for numbers, and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of payroll processing. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact effectively with colleagues and address any payroll-related queries with professionalism and efficiency. Additionally, your dedication to maintaining confidentiality will be invaluable as you handle sensitive people/payroll information. Proficiency in payroll software such as Pay Global is desirable.
