Job Description

The Role:

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and committed Marketing Assistant to join our expanding, highly skilled and professional Marketing team in Auckland. The position will support marketing operations through the design and development of campaign material as well as the execution of marketing material and assist the marketing team across a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help execute marketing plans in adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Assist in the execution of marketing material.
  • Coordinate development of marketing materials for management approval.
  • Design and develop innovative campaign material.
  • Support the Marketing Specialist to organise email marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with Product Managers and customers to determine design briefs.
  • Maintain data and campaigns within Hubspot
  • Involvement in the development of content for Temperzone news
  • Help plan and execute product launch events.
  • Assist in managing social accounts.
  • Assist in managing multiple websites and content management systems.
  • Design and produce brochures, flyers and promotional material

Your skill set, experience and qualifications:

  • Marketing or Graphic design Degree/Diploma preferable
  • 1+ years of local experience in a similar role or graphic design role
  • Hands-on experience with the Adobe Suite of design programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
  • developed computer skills (MS Office, PowerPoint and intermediate Excel).
  • Some experience in managing websites and social media channels
  • Ability to build and maintain positive, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail.

  • Efficient and effective time management
  • Able to achieve results to strict deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Great organisation and coordination skills.
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written.

Qualifications
