We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trade Parts person to join our One Stop Shop team based at our Mangere manufacturing site.  Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the primary purpose of this role is to efficiently deal with all customer enquiries through the One Stop Shop.  This role will have the passion and initiative for ensuring our customers get the right product and experience an exceptional level of service when they deal with Temperzone.

It’s a varied and busy role where you will work across all aspects of the One Stop Shop, you are to plan, prioritise then act to deliver to our customers at many levels.  Servicing the customer is one important aspect, getting to know them is another, by understanding their issues and then delivering great solutions to help our customers. 

On a day-to-day basis you will be:

• Serving our trade customers (face to face, phone and/or email).
• Receiving and processing customer orders.
• Managing customer returns.
• Solving customer technical issues and escalating complex technical enquiries accordingly.
• Assisting the Customer Care team etc.

What you will bring to the role:

• Your technical product or trade knowledge is essential.
• Computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to relate to others.
• Team player and excellent organisational skills. 
• Using your initiative and displaying a ‘can-do’ attitude will be key to your success in the role.
