Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Lead Superintendent to oversee field construction, subcontractors, safety, quality, and schedule execution for multifamily projects.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of multifamily, commercial, or residential construction experience
- Strong subcontractor and field operations management
- MEP coordination and open-wall sequencing experience
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA safety knowledge
- Procore experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
