Qualifications:
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in K-12 and Higher Education and/or Healthcare market sectors.
Must be proficient in current Document Technologies
Must possess team leadership skills, excellent communication with staff, clients and contractors.
Understand contracts and typical billing procedures.
Possess onsite construction field experience.
Strong understanding of structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering systems.
Strong knowledge of Texas building, ADA codes and other applicable federal and industry standard guidelines.
