• Completes data entry, extraction, analyses, and reconciliation, maintaining at least a 95% accuracy rate.
• Utilizes COMPASS (Contract Management Planning and Surveillance System) to manage finance and contract-related reports.
• Identifies potential opportunities for process improvement.
• Assists customer with utilization of finance and contract management accounting structure.
• Identifies current and prior fiscal year financial and contract under-execution; recommends potential deobligations and prepares deobligation packages with at least a 95% accuracy rate.

• Associates Degree and one years' experience working in finance or contracting field; three years' experience in field may be substituted in leiu of degree.
• Basic user of financial or contract management information systems.
• One years' experience with DHA medical financial and contract management field desired.
• Knowledge of government accounting theory, principles, and practices.
• Working knowledge of government and DoD medical and financial regulations.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial reports as well as accurately enter, record and retrive financial data.
• Must meet the eligibility requirements for a US government issued security clearance.
