Regional Sales Manager
- Full-time
Company Description
About Techo-Bloc
At Techo-Bloc, we don't just make hardscape products — we transform outdoor spaces into works of art. As a North American leader in premium concrete paving stones, retaining walls, and hardscape solutions, we partner with contractors, landscapers, architects, and dealers who take pride in craftsmanship. A 7-time winner of Canada's Best Managed Companies award, we're recognized not just for what we build, but for how we run our business. We're growing fast, and we need leaders who grow with us.
The Opportunity
We're looking for a driven, people-first Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our South East sales team. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in the field, loves building teams, and knows how to turn market opportunity into measurable results.
And the timing couldn't be better — Techo-Bloc is opening a new manufacturing plant in South Carolina, bringing local production capacity to the South East for the first time. This means faster delivery, stronger service, and a compelling story to bring to market. You'll be on the ground floor of building the Techo-Bloc brand in one of the most dynamic and fastest-growing regions in North America, with the inventory and capacity to back it up.
Job Description
What You'll Do
- Determine, develop, and drive sales performance across your designated region
- Champion the launch of Techo-Bloc's new South Carolina facility — leveraging local capacity to grow volume, expand dealer relationships, and strengthen the brand's presence across the South East
- Build and execute strategies for engaging distributors, contractors, landscapers, and end customers
- Set clear annual sales goals and territory-level objectives for each rep on your team
- Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing sales team through hiring, training, motivation, and performance reviews
- Cultivate long-term customer relationships that go beyond the transaction
- Develop and recommend policies that ensure consistent, customer-first sales practices aligned with company standards
- Direct field promotions and initiatives that strengthen customer loyalty and brand presence
- Schedule and deliver training sessions for dealers, architects, and contractors — including masonry certification programs
- Build and maintain industry relationships to source qualified training instructors
- Gather, analyze, and report competitive intelligence across business units
- Travel as needed to support reps, attend industry events, and deepen dealer and partner relationships
Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 2 years in a sales leadership or management role
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding regional revenue targets
- Experience in building materials, hardscape, landscaping, construction, or an adjacent industry (strongly preferred)
- A natural ability to coach — you raise the bar for the people around you
- Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, get-it-done approach
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills at all levels
- Comfortable with regular regional travel and field-based work
Additional Information
- Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
- Company vehicle provided
- A rare ground-floor opportunity to shape a brand-new market with the backing of an established North American leader
- Clear career growth path within a scaling organization
- A brand that sells itself — premium products with genuine market demand
- Collaborative, entrepreneurial culture that rewards initiative
- Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision
- 401K match
- The tools, training, and support to set your team — and yourself — up for success
