Our sales team is built on relationship depth, territory discipline, and a genuine passion for the product — and we reward performance with a clear 4-tier career path and uncapped earning potential.

You'll be the face of Techo-Bloc in Wisconsin, working independently while supported by a strong regional team, marketing resources, and an industry-leading product line.

This is a true hunter role. You'll be expected to grow existing accounts, open new ones, and build the kind of long-term relationships that drive consistent territory revenue.

  • Achieve forecasted territory growth targets using CRM and Power BI data insights
  • Conduct in-person dealer visits and merchandising audits; maintain brand-standard displays and product samples
  • Train dealer staff and contractors on product knowledge, installation systems, and selling techniques
  • Identify new business opportunities through territory research, competitive analysis, and networking
  • Deliver timely follow-up and professional communication throughout the full sales cycle
  • Complete all required product, sales, and skills training on schedule

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B outside or territory sales experience; building materials, hardscape, landscaping, masonry, or construction supply strongly preferred
  • Hunter mentality — you thrive on prospecting, opening new accounts, and building relationships from scratch
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a field sales role
  • Strong knowledge of the Wisconsin market — existing dealer or contractor relationships are a significant plus
  • Highly organized and self-directed; disciplined with CRM activity tracking and territory planning
  • Comfortable with 60–70% travel throughout the Wisconsin territory
