Press Operator (Night Shift)
📍 St-Hubert, Quebec
🕒 Monday-Thursday | 5:30pm–5:30am
💰 Annual salary starting at 80K (based on experience)
✅ Weekly Pay | Full Benefits

Night Shift = 3 Days Off Every Week

What You’ll Do

• Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards
• Make machine adjustments, perform troubleshooting, diagnose issues, and carry out minor repairs to ensure the facility’s equipment operates efficiently
  • The candidate will be trained on the day or night shift (training flexibility required)
• Complete setups and preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
• Use tools and measuring devices to maintain product specifications
• Complete daily production and maintenance reports
• Maintain a clean and safe workplace and follow safety regulations
• Communicate issues and priorities during shift change

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or automated production 
• Strong industrial mechanical aptitude (electrical knowledge is a plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Basic computer skills (ERP/Microsoft tools a plus)
  ⭐ Concrete manufacturing experience is a plus (Masa, Hess, Columbia, etc.)

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
