Job Description
What You’ll Do
- Lead and develop the Calgary/Western Canada hardscape territory with a strategic, growth‑minded approach
- Enable, train, and support dealer teams to strengthen product knowledge and drive pull‑through
- Build strong relationships with contractors through the dealer network
- Develop and execute sales strategies that achieve targets and increase your bottom line
- Attend specialized internal/external education programs: Professional Sales Training, PK/SK with Paver Pete, ICPI & NCMA certifications
- Use CRM and BI tools to document intelligence, analyze trends, and build winning sales plans
- Collaborate closely with Sales Managers, Sales Coordinators, and cross‑functional partners to drive unified action
- Ensure brand consistency, high‑quality deliverables, and a strong market presence
- Share creative installations and product placements on social media to elevate brand visibility
- Maintain the company’s reputation as a market‑leading sales organization
Qualifications
You’ll thrive in this role if you bring:
- A strong, ambitious work ethic and a positive, energized, “can‑do” attitude
- Post‑secondary education
- 2+ years of experience selling into a dealer network OR experience in hardscape/building materials (selling or installing)
- Experience building action plans, analyzing sales reports, and developing customer‑focused strategies
- Experience supporting marketing communications, sales initiatives, and events
- A valid passport and the ability to travel to USA for training/meetings
- A home‑based office located within daily commuting proximity to Calgary.
- Role will have periodic outside-province sales calls in Manitoba and Saskatchewan.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and overall sales technology
