Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Creative & Design, the Marketing Project Manager is a hands-on operational leader responsible for driving large-scale marketing projects from kickoff to delivery. You are organized, structured, and energized. You roll up your sleeves and build the framework that allows marketing teams to execute efficiently.
You will collaborate cross-functionally across:
- Creative
- Merchandising
- Events & Trade Shows
- Marketing Operations
- Sales & Regional Teams
You help translate vision into actionable plans, align stakeholders early, and ensure projects move forward with clarity, accountability, and momentum. This is a highly execution-focused role for someone who thrives on organization, structure, and follow-through.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Project Leadership
- Lead major marketing initiatives from initial brief through execution and final delivery.
- Build clear project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Drive structured kick-offs that clarify scope, objectives, and accountability.
- Ensure initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and at a high standard.
Cross-Functional Alignment
- Partner with Creative, Merchandising, Events, Operations, and Sales to align priorities.
- Act as the central point of coordination between teams for the projects you lead.
- Keep stakeholders informed with clear status updates and defined next steps.
- Identify risks early and propose solutions before timelines are impacted.
Workload & Resource Planning
- Plan, balance and monitor team capacity across active initiatives.
- Help prioritize projects based on business impact and deadlines.
- Ensure resources are aligned to meet delivery expectations.
- Anticipate bottlenecks and proactively adjust plans.
Process & Structure Ownership
- Own project setup and tracking within our project management platform (Teamwork or equivalent).
- Standardize intake and briefing processes to ensure clarity before work begins.
- Ensure tasks are clearly defined, assigned, and tracked.
- Eliminate ambiguity — every project must have clear scope, ownership, and deadlines.
- Strengthen operational discipline across the marketing team.
Budget & Vendor Coordination
- Track budgets for large marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers when required.
- Monitor quotes, costs, and approvals to ensure financial alignment.
- Support the Senior Manager in maintaining cost control and efficiencies.

- Support the Senior Manager, Creative & Design across a variety of strategic initiatives.
- Help translate high-level vision into structured execution plans.
- Provide visibility into timelines, risks, and workload across the department.
- Act as a key operational partner to keep large initiatives moving forward.

- Strong proficiency with project management platforms (Teamwork preferred; Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational discipline and attention to detail.
- A roll-up-the-sleeves mentality — you build structure, not just talk about it.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with creative, merchandising, events, and sales teams.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent French and English communication skills, written and verbal (due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario, and the United States).
