Location: Douglassville, PA

Position:

Techo Bloc is seeking its next passionate Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance department at our facility based in Douglassville, PA. As a seasoned maintenance professional, you will build programs for preventive, proactive, and predictive maintenance. Your contribution maximizes the longevity of the machinery and equipment's excellent performance - a vital piece to our production puzzle!

Here is a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Hands-on Management
  • 80% of time spent on the floor with their team
  • Collaborate with operational leaders to proactively address maintenance issues.
  • Oversee a team of plant technicians and specialists regarding maintenance. Act as a point of contact for questions, coaching and guidance.
  • Manage projects for new equipment installations and equipment rebuilds
  • Layout, read and fabricate to construction drawings.
  • Lead troubleshooting through planning, and execution in both mechanical and electrical breakdowns
  • Keep detailed maintenance records on all equipment and tasks performed on the equipment by maintenance team
  • Manage plant maintenance costs, plant process reliability, and subcontractors onsite at plant location
  • Collaborate with outside contractors, and vendors.
  • Assist with calculations, projections and applications for fabrication and layout.

Qualifications

  • H.S Diploma or equivalent. Technical training in related field is preferred
  • Five years’ experience as a maintenance supervisor or similar role.
  • 10+ years’ experience in industrial manufacturing maintenance
  • Strong familiarity with electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, automation, and mechanics
  • Electrical experience in PLC’s and plant automation.
  • Team Management; Ability to mentor and train others in both mechanical and electrical aspects.
  • Previous experience in concrete manufacturing equipment (highly preferred)
  • This position requires being on call to support the 24x7 operation when needed
