Job Description

You will be involved in everything from answering the phone, accounts payable and receivables, printing end of month statements, debt management, updating databases, HR administration, filing and archiving plus health and safety co-ordination amongst other duties.



Your day could look vaguely like this:-


• Answering incoming phone calls in a professional and timely manner

• Responding to queries – over the phone and email

• Organising mail and couriers

• Keeping the kitchen maintained and tidy

• Ordering stationery and office supplies

• Assisting the team with administrative duties

• Raising purchase orders

• Intermediate Word and Excel skills

• Loading jobs into the database

•Solid NZ accounts experience

•Crisp, clear speech with outstanding communication skills

•Experience managing an office in a sole-charge position

•Demonstrated knowledge of administration policies, IT systems and procedures and the ability to maintain and create these

•Be an organized self-starter who can think on their feet while often juggling conflicting priorities

•Proven decision-making and problem solving skills

•A flexible willing attitude and sense of humour is a must!



Qualifications

Do you have the three E's... Exceptional, Efficient & Experience with an "all hands to the pump" mentality?

Use your superb accounts ( MYOB or Xero skill necessary for the role) and sound administration experience with meticulous attention to detail to shadow a extremely busy Director and provide consultative expertise to help establish key operational systems and processes for the business.
