Junior Compliance Officer at TBC Capital is involved in the execution of compliance-related functions and responsibilities. The role includes carrying out tasks and assignments delegated by the Head of Compliance, Compliance Managers, and the Company's Management

    Job Description

    • Participate in the daily monitoring and control processes related to AML/CFT, sanctions, KYC/KYP, and other compliance requirements.
    • Conduct screening of clients, related parties, and transactions against sanctions lists, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), and Adverse Media databases.
    • Support client documentation and identification processes, including gathering and analyzing additional information when required.
    • Participate in the due diligence and assessment of corporate clients, including the review of ownership and corporate structures.
    • Monitor transactions and identify, investigate, and escalate suspicious or unusual activities.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation related to AML/CFT and sanctions compliance.
    • Support the review, update, and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
    • Participate in organizing compliance awareness initiatives and employee training programs.
    • Provide compliance-related guidance and consultation to various departments under the supervision of the Senior Compliance Manager.
    • Monitor regulatory requirements and communicate relevant regulatory changes to the organization.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
    • 1–2 years of experience in Compliance or Risk Management, preferably within financial services, investment banking, or a related industry.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations, including AML requirements and securities market regulations.
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), as well as experience using compliance monitoring tools and systems.
    • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is considered an advantage.
