The Opportunity

We have an entry level opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcing Specialist to join our team and focus on helping find great talent for our clients.

This role sits at the centre of our candidate community. You’ll build genuine relationships with candidates around Wellington and support consultants by connecting great people with great opportunities.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, learning new things, and working in an environment where things move quickly and no two days look the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Searching for talent and helping them find a job
• Screening and interviewing candidates for contract and permanent roles
• Developing proactive talent pipelines
• Spending a lot of time on the phone with candidates – this is a high activity and energy role
