The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Sourcing Specialist to help grow and nurture Talent’s technology networks across Auckland.

This role sits at the centre of our candidate community. You’ll build genuine relationships across the tech ecosystem and support consultants by connecting great people with great opportunities.

It’s a role for someone who enjoys meeting new people, staying close to the market, and working in an environment where things move quickly and no two days look the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Engaging in reactive and proactive sourcing strategies for both short term and medium term value
• Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for contract and permanent roles
• Developing proactive talent pipelines aligned to client needs
• Spending a lot of time on the phone with candidates – this is a high activity and energy role
