Job Description
POSITION PURPOSE
The Sr. Specialist– Compliance and Governance will support Sr. Director – Compliance and Governance to maintain and enhance the Risk and Compliance function across the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working with policy owners, review, update T5 policies and procedures annually.
- Assist in conducting the Risk Assessments.
- Manage penetration testing from scheduling to issues tracking.
- Maintain the Governance and Compliance Share Point site.
- Maintain the audit, assessments findings resolution.
- Assist in BC/DR testing and finding resolutions.
- Evaluate and maintain the Information Security Awareness training content.
- Assist in managing ISMS and all relevant activities in support of ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Typ2 and PCI AOC standards.
- Assist in implementing ISO 14001 framework.
- Maintain the ISO required metrics, documentation, and ISMS meeting minutes.
- Maintain the relationship with data destruction company, schedule hardware pickups, review the storage usage.
- Assist in tracking activities related to the Environmental Compliance- ISMS scope, new initiatives, metrics.
- Assist in gathering the audit evidence for all T5 audits.
Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent experience, MBA preferred
- 10+ years compliance experience
- Experience working with ISO 27001, PIC DSS, SOC2 Type2, NIST 800-53, ISO 14001
