We are building an advanced Requirements Engineering Tool designed to streamline and enhance the way projects define, manage, and evolve their requirements. Our solution provides a robust foundation for software teams, ensuring efficiency, clarity, and precision in requirements management.

To support this vision, we are seeking expertise in operational support, PSA-related tasks, and the initial setup of new projects. The role requires a high level of ownership and personal responsibility, contributing directly to the success of both ongoing and future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Supporting operations and PSA-related processes, optimizing workflows and system efficiency.
• Providing initial support for new projects, ensuring seamless setup and integration.

Must to have skills:

• Experience in backend development
• Micro services
• Java/Spring boot 3 / Spring Security
• Spring HATEOS /  victools
• MariaDB, CRUD, validation of data
• User rights management.
• Experience with processes (activiti / Camunda)
• BPMN 2.0
• Advance knowledge in software architecture
