Job Description

Team Lead and Subject Matter Expertise in BPM .

Strong experience in Administration (L1, L2  and L3 activities), debugging ,analyzing requirements & architecture for the Business Process Management (BPM) suite.

In depth understanding of integration concepts.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Expertise of Oracle BPM 10g (formerly called ALBPM) functionality and the concepts.

Strong knowledge of J2EE application servers such as Weblogic (10g)

Should have in-depth knowledge  of Weblogic application server functionality and concepts.

Hand on experience on Unix/Linux OS .

Excellent analytical ,problem  solving and  debugging skills in BPM and Weblogic

Middleware environment administration (Install, configure, deployment, migrations, tuning, reporting, and day to day administration) for Oracle BPM Applications.

 Ensures the effective daily operation of the production applications and provides administrative support for new implementations, upgrades, and migrations.

 Monitors the application systems for issues with disk space, CPU usage, memory problems or other issues that may impact the end-users.

 Perform scheduled monthly  maintenance weekend work.

 Perform after-hours (on-call) emergency work as scheduled or required.

 Actively participate in customer conference calls / meetings

Must have Hands on experience on Oracle DB or similar.

Must have knowledge of  shell, ant and pearl scripting.
