 The ideal candidate should possess skills in both “IBM InfoSphere MDM Server” 

1) Strong Expertise in Master Data Strategy by implementing Master Data Solutions
2)Strong Expertise in MDM Framework or tools including developing logical MDM Architecture 
3)Strong Expertise in  Implementation of MDM Solution
4) Strong Expertise in Conceptualize and design MDM Architecture
5) Identify strategy for data acquisition & archival with key focus on simplicity and data quality
6) Strong understanding in data management principles
7)Good grip in DW,ETL,BI, Messaging tools 
8)Translation of business and technical requirements to logical data model 
9) Lead large MDM projects  replacing legacy systems 
10) Should have done at least 2 large scale implementation projects with integration to other packaged applications or
with integration to mainframe legacy business applications 
11)Good in business architecting, application product specialization, integration specialization ,data quality profiling, data cleansing and data migration
