Must-haves would be experience/exposure in:

1. NetApp Administration

2. Hitachi (HDS) arrays provisioning/administration

3. Brocade switches administration

4. Understanding of RAID & SAN (fiber) technologies

5. Strong analytical skills

Big plus for exposure in these:

- HDS Enterprise & Virtualization

- Solaris/Windows Administration

- Symantec Volume Manager & Clustering technology
