Job Description

 

  • Lead and facilitate the analysis of complex business problem and /or opportunity
  • Justify the need for change, including development of the business case
  • Define and document what is required for changes to business processes, policies and information systems
  • Recommend solutions that enable the organisation to achieve targeted business outcomes and deliver business value
  • Support associated solution design, development, testing and delivery
  • Lead the definition of requirements and design of new or re-engineered business processes to meet the needs of the organisation through effective engagement of business partners, stakeholders and team
  • Develop detailed Business Requirements , Business Process Specifications and System Functional/Non Functional Specifications that will drive the desired change to business process, system enhancement/development activities; in accordance with the Business Analysis process framework.

 

Qualifications

  • Financial, Regulatory or Compliance background preferred but not essential 
  • Must have experience working in large organisations
  • Ability to effectively influence, negotiate and manage expectations up to senior management level 
  • 5 years of Business Requirements Analysis, Process Re-Engineering, Data Analysis, Non Functional Analysis and business case preparation experience
