Job Description

Responsibilities include:

Developing real time data feeds 

System component design 

System component development 

Ensure optimal performance, reliability, security and availability of database environments 

Development, deployment and monitoring of EJB and other server side components

Candidates must have:

Strong Java programming and design skills 

Experience in developing server side applications 

Proven experience in object oriented software development in Java, J2EE,EJB 

Good working knowledge of XML, HTML and web technologies 

Experience with at least one application server  (ideally Glassfish)

Relational database experience (SQL Server preferable) 

Experience contributing to the designing & architecture as well as the development of systems Ability to work well under pressure 

Must have worked in a structured development environment and be comfortable in a less- structured one 

Practical SDLC experience
