Job Description
The primary functions of this position are to facilitate User Requirement Workshops, compile User Requirement Specifications, Functional Requirements Specifications, System Integration Specifications, Uses Cases and comprehensive Test Plans. The successful candidate will accept total accountability for the accuracy of the documentation.
The successful candidate must have a relevant 3 or 4 year B degree with at least 2 years or more experience in business analysis for large SDLC projects, and for the senior position and at least 3-4 years experience in facilitating user requirements workshops. He/she must have the ability to document user
requirements, in a logical and non-technical manner. He/she must have questioning mind and the ability to process and analyse large quantities of information and define the functional relationships of data. He/she must have the ability to break processes down into its simplest form making use of Business Process Modelling Methodology (i.e. IDEF). He/she is an individual with excellent written and oral
communication skills to present solutions to people who are familiar and those who are not familiar with the subject or process with well developed interpersonal and motivational skills. He/she would be a team leader contributing to his/her success as well as the team’s success in initiating benchmarking of his/her performance as well as the performance of the team and taking ownership of the projects allocated.
