Job Description

• 8+ years of IT Business Analysis experience
• Proven experience with data architecture/mapping, data flow diagrams, erds, master data management, BO reports, ETL, etc.
• Project experience with Field Data Capture systems (e.g. PVR, Fieldview, etc.)
• Upstream Oil and Gas experience (ideally in Production Management/Operations domain)
• Proficiency and experience with MS Visio and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with the use of MS Project, Livelink, SharePoint would be beneficial
• Initiative and self-motivation  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-developed team skills with a collaborative work style
• Process oriented with ability to discuss, advise, coordinate and document processes
• Strong organizational skills (especially as it relates to prioritizing and managing multiple tasks)
• Solid analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
• Exceptional negotiation skills with ability to solve problems and balance varying needs
