Consultant Tasks:

• Base data collection and analysis, cleansing and loading, training, deploying and support of both Core and Mobile functionality
• Provide Maximo and work and asset management subject matter expertise to other projects as required. 
• Monitor system utilization, track defects or enhancement opportunities (continuous improvement) and integrate closely with back-office support, development and reporting teams. 
• Medium to heavy documentation and system/database reporting duties
• Sustain currently deployed work and asset management solutions (identification and resolution of issues, training field users, and assistance in testing system) 
• Gather user requirements and authoring formal Requirements Documents, Design Specifications, and Test Scripts

Skills/Experience Required:

• Two (2) plus years current experience implementing/operating Maximo, Version 7.x EAM application experience, ideally in a gas and oil project environment. 
• Concentrated Maximo experience in Work Management, PMs, Job Plans, Assets, Locations, and Classifications 
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal
• Work effectively with all levels of staff (line workers, upper mgmt)
• Proven documentation skills with the ability to create high-quality and complete project documents and communications
• Prior experience training in Maximo; experience training varied user groups highly desired.
