• Oversee quality assurance strategies, methodologies and metrics collection, with a heavy emphasis on automation
• Drive and refine software quality assurance best practices to enhance testing capabilities, with a heavy emphasis on automation
• Identify process gaps, champion and lead initiatives to strengthen overall product quality with a heavy emphasis on automation
• Manage internal quality assurance automation team and design automation scripts to test analytical products and services, including risk-based test cases
• Analyze results from executed automation scripts and escalate problems to product development management group
• Provide weekly automation dashboard report to product development management group
• Collaborate with QA Manager (responsible for manual testing) and review manual test cases for possible inclusion into automation scripts
• Review bugs found by quality assurance automation and work with QA Manager to determine priorities for fixes
• Proactively engage with planning, design and development teams to promote prevention of defects early in project/development lifecycles
• Perform other duties as they arise

Must have done projects dealing with infrastructure

Must have solid hands on networking technologies

Must have experience in migration of operating systems (windows xp to windows 7)
