Job Description

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for company's programs and accounts as it relates to technology deployment and system support, including business process and requirements definition, data and reporting management
  • Identify opportunities to leverage the technology platform to provide operational efficiencies
  • Partner with account stakeholder to identify and assist with the expansion of program services.
  • Manage and lead a team of business and data analysts to provide excellent service to the client and the account.
  • Interact regularly with Managing Directors and Account Managers as a primary point of contact for technology initiatives and effective system & platform utilization.
  • Must be highly client focused with a strong attention to detail and customer service.
  • Collaborate with Clients and company project stakeholders to implement business process improvements and the impacts to technology tools.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the account success criteria; develop processes and plans to deliver against those criteria.
  • Develop project plans and provide transition planning oversight for new engagements
  • Develop project standards and practices to ensure consistent and reliable implementations across programs and regions.
  • Lead strategic reporting initiatives to provide program and clients overall program status.
  • Communicate and coordinate across department boundaries during the entire program life cycle from contract signing through steady state operations.
  • Provide project stakeholders with project status updates.

Qualifications

  • A 4-year college degree in a business related field or equivalent experience, master's degree a plus.
  • Candidates must have 10+ years experience in working with IT related projects.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience managing personnel and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A broad understanding of managing projects with the ability to deliver on a large number of success criteria
  • The ideal candidate will also have experience and understanding electronic data exchange within the utility industry.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written;
  • Demonstrated ability to foster positive and constructive working relationships.
  • Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities;
  • Strong business acumen and an in-depth understanding of the technology and financial implications of project success
