Positioned in Tokyo, we are seeking a Client Solutions Director, with deep experience in storage industry to creatively develop medium / long-term strategy and consult CIO level customers regarding storage needs.

Roles/Responsibilities　

•  Formulate medium-and long-term plans with the sales team and lead sales strategy and projects.
•  Communicate with CIO level customers and facilitate creative discussions regarding storage solutions.
•  You will focus on delivering storage solutions to the manufacturing and finance industry.
•  Strong presentation skills and experience with evangelizing storage solutions and delivering strong messages.
•  You will work closely with the CIO and top management to develop stronger relationships with customers.
•  Act as an advisor facing corporate customers to understand needs and consult on storage related solutions and technology trends.

Required skills

•  10 + years experience working with storage, server, datacenter or networking products.
•  Sales experience facing the manufacturing industry. 
•  Experience with sales or pre-sales communicating with customers of CIO class. 
•  Experience developing and introducing creative business strategy, new ideas and policy in a persuasive way to motivate teams. 

Preferred skills

•  Deep knowledge of storage, servers, databases, networks, applications, industry.
•  Knowledge of the financial industry or manufacturing business
• Experience with sales or pre-sales communicating with customers of CIO class as a Experience as a consultant in the IT industry

Personal Attributes　

•  Confident sales abilities to understand the needs of manufacturing clients and propose storage related solutions. Business English skills will be a bonus.
