• Ability to Coordinate development effort between different stakeholders
• Ability to Chair meetings between different development groups
• Onsite/Offshore Coordination
• Technical knowledge in Mainframe is good to have, but NO coding expected
• Knowledge of Banking domain
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication skills
