* Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft security administration in a PeopleSoft 9.1 environment to include People Tools, role grant functions, workflow, PeopleSoft security configurations, password self-service, query security, user preferences, row level security, component security, etc.

* Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle security administration, Application Designer, SQL, PeopleSoft query, and Crystal Reports.

* Extensive knowledge of information security principles and processes and the ability to apply them to a PeopleSoft environment.

* Knowledge of identity management/employee provisioning.

* Must be able to weigh business needs against security concerns and articulate issues to management.

* Ability to read and understand PeopleCode and SQL.

* Ability to use ad hoc reporting tools in the execution of job tasks.

* Ability to read, understand, and apply information contained in technical manuals.

* Ability to communicate effectively.
