Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 4-8 years of application support, production services, or software support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience supporting Java applications in a production environment.
• Strong Oracle database and SQL skills.
• Ability to review application code and implement small to medium-sized fixes.
• Experience working with incident management, monitoring, and operational support processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial services, asset management, investment accounting, or securities industry experience.
• Experience with Eagle investment accounting platform.
• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, holdings, tax lots, custody data, and investment reporting.
• Experience with Perl, Python, and ETL technologies.
• Experience supporting reporting applications and client-facing reporting platforms.
• Exposure to Agile or Scaled Agile environments.
• Experience supporting modernization, cloud migration, or AI-enabled operational initiatives.
