Design and implement ServiceNow solutions and develop ServiceNow Scripted REST APIs.
Experience with:
• ServiceNow ITSM / HRSD/ I18N modules
• External enterprise systems
• REST APIs
Architect scalable solutions including:
• knowledge base integration
• analytics and monitoring
Develop ServiceNow scripts and automation including:
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Service Catalog workflows
Collaborate with business stakeholders to help design new integrations and understand customers' deployments.
Required Skills
Strong experience with:
• ServiceNow platform development (3+ years)
• JavaScript / ServiceNow scripting
• REST API implementation
• ITSM / Service Catalog workflows
