Job Description

Symphony Talent is seeking a Product Owner with a passion for turning ideas into details, bringing to life the product vision through the delivery of truly valuable solutions for our customers and candidates.

Our Product Owners form the tactical side of the Product Team, focusing on how we design & deliver solutions that best align with the opportunities identified by the strategic side, our Product Managers. 

As part of this role, you will work in close collaboration with peers in the Engineering and UI/UX teams to design, build and deliver features that are in line with the strategic goals of the company - and that will deliver real value to our clients.

You will have a tight relationship with the external-facing Product Management group, and will have the right tools and skills to take the Product vision and turn it into a reality.

While you will be part of the Product organization, you will also be part of a delivery squad, where you will drive the delivery and execution of the product roadmap and provide the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

BS in Computer Science or related technical field

Additional Information

3 years+ experience in SaaS product management / ownership

Relentless curiosity with a problem-solving mindset

Experience in making decisions using a wide range of information, including data and more qualitative inputs.

Ability to advocate for your ideas and influence people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions

Knowledge of Agile principles, with experience in leading scrums, building user stories, writing specifications, and managing team resources

Superb written and verbal communication skills characterized by clarity and brevity

Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects without losing sight of what’s most important
