Instamart :

Instamart is building the convenience grocery segment in India. We offer more than 30000 + assortments / products to our customers within 10-15 mins. We are striving to augment our consumer promise of enabling unparalleled convenience by making grocery delivery instant and delightful. Instamart has been operating in 90+ cities across India and plan to expand to a few more soon. We have seen immense love from the customers till now and are excited to redefine how India shops.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead warehouse operations of a mid size WH covering all departments including Inbound, Outbound, dispatch, inventory and liquidation.
2. Monitor the KPIs of warehouses in the region and proactively take corrective actions to ensure the AOP targets are met.
3. Lead the middle mile and reverse logistics between WH and PODs (Dark stores). Bring cost reduction and damage/pilferage reduction in the internal movements.
4. Collaborate with quality, compliance, HR teams to ensure the WHs are compliant as per the statutory requirements.
5. Monitor warehouse and logistics costs and ensure that AOP targets are met. Drive process improvements and vendor rate negotiations, transport route optimizations to bring cost efficiencies.
6. Lead and mentor 15 - 20 on roll team members and 500 - 600 blue collar associates.
7. Drive manpower retention programs along with HR to control absenteeism and attrition and in turn improve productivity and reduce hiring cost

Qualifications

• Graduate 4-8 years of warehouse operations including experience
• Experience of managing an onroll team of 15+ members.
• Problem solving, data-driven decision-making
• Adaptability to dynamic situations.
• Experience from Ecommerce/ quick commerce Industry.
