The basics of the role are to conceptualize, plan, and execute activities that will attract a high volume of candidates qualified for various programs and positions.

 

Stellenbeschreibung

Recruitment & Selection

  • Execute sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract candidates.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels to build strong talent pipelines.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess language proficiency (German & English), shift flexibility, motivation, and overall role fit.
  • Invite qualified candidates for assessments and interviews.
  • Participate in interview panels for assigned programs.
  • Explain and supervise assessment tests.

Employer Branding & Marketing Support

  • Support the Marketing Department with job advertisements in Albanian, German, and English for social media.
  • Manage the Sutherland Kosovo TikTok channel.
  • Represent the company at recruitment fairs and hiring events.
  • Promote the Employee Referral Program and maintain internal visibility materials.

Candidate & Offer Management

  • Provide candidates with detailed information about employment conditions, compensation, benefits, career growth opportunities, and company culture.
  • Prepare offer letters and collect required documentation from selected candidates.
  • Finalize onboarding processes for new hires.

Systems & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in TA systems.
  • Troubleshoot system-related issues and provide solutions.
  • Support reporting, market research, and ad hoc analysis as requested by management.
  • Collaborate with other GEOs and provide recruitment support when required.

 

Qualifikationen

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience preferred.
  • Excellent computer literacy (MS Office and internet research skills).
  • Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) in written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented with strong professional integrity.
