Job Description

Role Summary:

Drive client success, delivery excellence, and strategic growth for email operations, spam/abuse mitigation, and Trust & Safety programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary client interface, managing governance, reporting, and strategic alignment.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of email operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and compliance adherence.
  • Analyze trends, risks, and performance metrics using Splunk-driven insights to guide decision-making.
  • Manage multi-vendor ecosystems and ensure alignment across global stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and innovation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, privacy, and email security standards.
  • Support business growth through solutioning, upsell opportunities, and thought leadership.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in email operations / Trust & Safety / SOC / security operations.
  • Deep expertise in SMTP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email ecosystems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Splunk.
  • Proven experience managing global clients and 24x7 operations.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
